Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: July 17, 2026 · Effective Date: July 17, 2026
1. Purpose
Minionix provides organic content distribution: real people in their own countries post Clients' content natively from their own devices, on accounts the Client owns. This AUP defines what you may and may not distribute or do through the Platform. It exists to keep the service lawful and safe, and to respect the rules of the third-party platforms our users post to.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You own your content and your accounts, and you are responsible for everything distributed through them.
- You must hold all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to distribute the content you upload.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of service and community guidelines of every platform your content is posted to.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use Minionix to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
- Illegal activity — anything unlawful under applicable law, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful acts.
- Fraud or deception — scams, phishing, false or misleading claims, impersonation, or content designed to deceive viewers.
- Intellectual-property infringement — content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that promotes counterfeit goods.
- Adult or sexual content — pornography or sexually explicit material, and — without exception — any content that sexualizes or exploits minors.
- Regulated or restricted goods and services — illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, and unlicensed financial, investment, or "get-rich-quick" schemes.
- Hate, harassment, or violence — content that incites hatred, harasses or threatens others, or promotes violence against any person or group.
- Malware and spam — malicious code, unsolicited bulk messaging, or anything that endangers device or platform security.
- Privacy violations — publishing another person's private or confidential information without a lawful basis and consent.
- Platform-rule violations — any content or conduct that breaches a third-party platform's terms of service or community guidelines, or that is designed to deceive, spam, or manipulate a platform's systems or metrics.
- Fake engagement — buying, selling, requesting, or generating fake indicators of social-media influence: followers, views, likes, comments, or shares produced by bots or other automation, fictitious or misrepresented personas, or compensated non-genuine activity. Minionix provides distribution by real people on real devices and may not be used to procure fake engagement metrics (see FTC Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465).
4. Enforcement
We review campaigns and may, at our discretion and without prior notice, refuse, remove, pause, or reject any content or campaign, and suspend or terminate any account, that violates this AUP or that we reasonably believe creates legal, safety, or compliance risk.
A violation is a material breach of our Terms of Use. Amounts paid and any remaining credits are non-refundable in the event of a violation, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required.
